Welcome to
Hillside Farm
Welcome to Hillside Farm We’re Kerry and Jack — a Bryher-born primary school teacher and a Somerset farmer who first met years ago while gig rowing on these beautiful islands. Since September 2025, we’ve been running Hillside Farm together, pouring our energy into this extraordinary little corner of Bryher.
Our farm is full of life: five cows with three more on the way, around 200 busy chickens, rows of flowers that brighten every season, and two cats who supervise every move we make. We’re building a small-scale market garden and a larger chicken operation, all with a focus on care, quality, and connection to the island community. With Bracken and Clemmies — our gorgeous holiday cottages overlooking the fields —
Hillside Farm truly feels like the most magical place to be. We’re excited to share it with you, whether you’re visiting the island or following our journey from afar.
